We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Real-World Evidence (RWE) Data Scientist with strong expertise in both statistical methodology and programming to support evidence generation from large-scale health care data.

What you will do

  • Design and support the execution of RWE studies utilising real-world data sources, including claims, electronic health records (EHRs) and registry data
  • Conduct exploratory data analyses to support evidence generation, feasibility assessments and study design refinement
  • Participate in database design meetings to ensure that the data collected are in high quality and satisfy analysis requirements
  • Provide technical and programming expertise to independently deliver analytical outputs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional tams to develop and refine data, analytic procedures and programming workflows.
  • Manage and contribute to the standardization and automation of data processing workflows, including the development of reusable programming templates and data refreshes.

What you will bring

  • Intermediate level in R, SQL, Python or SAS for data manipulation and statistical analysis
  • Experience working with real-world data sources such as claims, EHRs, registries etc
  • Experience in supporting HEOR, epidemiology or medical affairs teams
  • Familiarity with data platforms or environments such as AWS, Redshift and/or Databricks
  • Knowledge of ICD, CPT, NDC and other clinical coding system
