Location: North Brisbane / Burpengary
Job Type: Casual (4–5 days per week | Approx. 30–40 hours)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Tree Dynamics is a family-owned arboriculture company committed to high-quality tree care and a strong team culture. We are currently looking to fill two exciting positions on our growing team:

1. Ground Crew Member / MR Driver

Ideal for those passionate about the outdoors and keen to build a career in arboriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist climbing arborists with pruning, removals, and ground support

  • Operate and maintain tools and machinery

  • Drive MR truck and assist with site logistics

  • Follow strict safety protocols

  • Work as part of a motivated, close-knit crew

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Reliable and safety-conscious

  • MR truck licence is a must

  • Chainsaw or tree industry experience

2. Climbing Arborist

Are you an experienced climber looking to join a team that values quality work and team culture?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tree climbing, pruning, and dismantling using modern arborist techniques

  • Operate chainsaws, ropes, and rigging equipment

  • Conduct site assessments and uphold safety standards

  • Support junior crew members

Requirements:

  • Experience as a climbing arborist

  • Proficiency in modern climbing and rigging techniques

  • High standard of safety and professionalism

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • White Card and Chainsaw Ticket
