An opportunity has become available for a full-time Law Clerk to join our growing team in Toowoomba.

You will work closely with our directors in preparing matters for court, liaising with clients and counsel, managing case documentation, and supporting the daily operations of a busy criminal law practice.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment, takes pride in their attention to detail, and is eager to build a long-term career in criminal law.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and filing court documents, correspondence, and briefs to counsel.
• Managing disclosure and evidence bundles.
• Liaising with clients, barristers, and court staff in a professional and timely manner.
• Preparing and maintaining matter files and indexes (electronic and physical).
• Attending court and taking notes when required.
• Providing administrative support to solicitors and assisting with case management tasks.
