The Role: Join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor based in Brisbane, working closely with hiring managers across Australia and New Zealand to find and attract top talent.

You'll work alongside our TA Lead and TA Advisor working with a supportive team. Enjoy hybrid work, plus ongoing flexibility to balance work with life's commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand
  • Recruit for a range of roles, including Engineers, Geologists, Drafters, Technical Specialists, and Management Positions with flexibility to support additional hiring needs as required
  • Use talent mapping, headhunting and advertising to engage passive and active candidates across metro and regional markets
  • Manage advertising, candidate assessment, and interview activities
  • Act as a point of contact for hiring managers and candidates
  • Grow and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline
  • Prepare recruitment reporting and insights
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand future resourcing needs
  • Work with Marketing to develop recruitment campaigns when required
  • Provide flexible support across evolving recruitment needs as they arise

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years' recruitment experience
  • Experience headhunting and building passive and active talent pipelines
  • Technical recruitment experience (engineering, geotechnical) advantageous
  • Mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience desirable
  • Comfortable pivoting quickly to support new recruitment needs & flexibility to work across ANZ time zones
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Personable, positive and able to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Resilient with a stable work history, capable of working autonomously
  • Confident relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills
