You'll lead our marketing function — driving campaigns, shaping strategy, and empowering a talented team across photoshoots, transit campaigns, social media, activations, and digital performance.

Leadership & Management

• Lead the day-to-day execution of marketing, social media, PR, and community initiatives.
• Oversee the marketing calendar, from collection launches and content drops to brand activations and collaborations.
• Manage workflows, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth, high-impact execution.
• Guide and mentor the Marketing and Social Media team (including coordinators and assistants) to deliver their best work.

Social Media & Communications

• Drive our brand voice and storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Own the marketing and content calendar, aligning with brand moments, seasonal launches, and trading peaks.
• Oversee content creation to ensure a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic.
• Lead influencer and PR programs, including partnerships, gifting, media outreach, and affiliate activity.

Shoots & Activations

• Oversee the planning and execution of photoshoots, campaign launches, and brand activations.
• Work closely with the Creative team to ensure campaign visuals and storytelling are on brand.
• Manage all logistics, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring creative excellence and on-time delivery.
• Champion behind-the-scenes storytelling to amplify campaigns across digital and retail channels.

Campaigns & Performance

• Manage both organic and paid digital campaigns, driving engagement, growth, and conversion.
• Analyse performance and translate insights into action to continually improve results.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Product, and Creative teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end brand experience.

• 5+ years' management experience in marketing, communications, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
• Proven experience leading campaigns, shoots, activations, and cross-functional teams.
• A creative and commercial mindset, you can tell a story and read the data.
• Hands-on understanding of social platforms, content creation, and influencer marketing.
• Experience building and managing PR or ambassador programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire creativity and accountability.
• A passion for fashion, culture, and connecting with the community.
