The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Lagger to join our skilled team. This hands-on role involves applying various lagging techniques to pulleys and components in both the workshop and on-site environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply lagging, strip lagging, and poly grooving as per work instructions.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with specifications, standards, and procedures.
• Provide technical input to assist in resolving issues.
• Assist with the development and improvement of new processes.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Identify and report all impending problems and/or non-conformances in a timely manner and complete/lodge Action Reports.
• Identify, record, and take corrective action to rectify any product or system problems.
• Palletise pulleys as required.
• Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Lagger, ideally within a workshop or industrial setting OR a keen and eager attitude, be ready to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Safety-focused with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
