Burnett's Plumbing Supplies is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Plumbing Salesman to join our dynamic team With over 30 years of trusted service, we supply high-quality plumbing products to both trade professionals and DIY customers across Geelong and the Bellarine. We're searching for a passionate individual with a strong background in plumbing sales to help us continue providing top-notch service to our customers.

Position: Plumbing Salesperson

Location: Geelong & Bellarine, VIC

Position: Full-Time/Part-time/Casual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to trade and retail customers in person, over the phone, and online.
  • Advise customers on product selection, offering expert knowledge of plumbing products and systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain stock levels, assist with inventory management, and order products as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Assist in preparing quotes and processing orders efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of plumbing products, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Friendly and approachable with a passion for customer service.
