Litigation Senior Associate /Special Counsel – Specialist Disputes & Advisory Firm

An exceptional opportunity now exists for an accomplished Litigation Lawyer to join our team and contribute to its continued success.

The Role

Reporting to the firm's leadership, this role offers significant autonomy and direct exposure to complex, high-stakes disputes. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all phases of the litigation lifecycle for a sophisticated caseload.
  • Preparing and settling complex pleadings, affidavits, and Court submissions.
  • Formulating and delivering strategic, commercially astute legal advice on a range of complex issues.
  • Instructing and liaising with counsel and key stakeholders to achieve optimal results.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be a consummately professional and ambitious lawyer, distinguished by:

  • A minimum of 6 years' Post-Qualification Experience gained within a respected litigation practice.
  • Admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and a current practising certificate.
  • A demonstrable track record of achievement in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Exceptional legal acumen, combining strategic foresight with meticulous attention to detail and deep technical experience.
  • The capacity for autonomous work, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and sound commercial judgement.
  • An unwavering commitment to legal excellence and superior client service.
