Alfabs Protective Coatings is looking for Painter/Blasters to join our rapidly growing team Under the leadership and guidance of our outstanding workshop management, you will have the opportunity to be part of a close team, working together to set the standard for the industry.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 12+ months experience in industrial painting/blasting
  • Experience with airless and conventional spray application
  • Experience applying protective coating by brush and roller
  • Surface preparation experience, including use of mechanical tools
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol testing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail

Other desirable skills/qualities:

  • Trade certificate or relevant qualification
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable and driven
  • Experience working on mining, construction and infrastructure projects
