About Bayside Total Cleans

Bayside Total Cleans is a friendly, owner-operated residential cleaning business based in Frankston. We look after regular home clients plus occasional once-off deep cleans and vacate/end-of-lease jobs. Reliability, quality, and clear communication matter to us. We group jobs locally to minimise travel time, our service areas are made up of Frankston and surrounding suburbs up to Chelsea, and along the Mornington Peninsula down to Mount Martha. All training will be provided regardless of experience, along with cleaning checklists, equipment and products will be supplied.

We are looking for someone to join our small team and grow with us We are looking for employees not contractors, no ABN needed.

The role

• Around 8–10 hrs/week to start (working hours are between 9am and 5pm)
• Regular maintenance cleans + occasional deep/vacate cleans
• Mostly solo work; clear checklists & support provided
• Local runs to reduce travel time

What you will bring

• Residential cleaning experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail & time management
• Ability to work independently but also in a team environment
• Friendly, professional communication; comfortable sending quick updates/photos post jobs
• Reliable
• Live local to Frankston or nearby, is preferred

Requirements

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver's license & reliable car
• Right to work in Australia
