About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Our Place Health Centre as a full-time Physiotherapist. As a key member of our allied health professionals, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalised physiotherapy services to our patients in Gosnells, Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop individualised treatment plans for patients
• Delivering a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centred care
• Maintaining detailed clinical records and contributing to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a physiotherapist
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy role, preferably in a community or outpatient setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Ideally skilled in lymphoedema and accupuncture or willing to upskill in these areas
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and maintaining professional standards

Our Place Health Centre is a leading community-based healthcare provider in Gosnells, Western Australia. We are committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care and promoting the overall wellbeing of the local community. As well as a bulk-billing general practice service, we offer several specialist clinics. We have a special interest in cancer care and other specialities. The clinic is ran by a nurse with extensive experience in many clinical areas. Our focus is on providing the highest quality care. We are seeking a physiotherapist prepared to grow with us and help to provide an integrated model of care to our patients. We value you as a professional and will afford you full autonomy over your practice, and offer you the chance to be part of a growing team providing much needed comprehensive care to the community. We are happy for you to start part time and increase your hours gradually. Your service will be extensively advertised which is included in your practice fee contributions.
