We're Neon Hair & Beauty — a buzzing, boutique salon in Southport known for lived-in blondes, dimensional colour, and high-end service with a fun, down-to-earth vibe. Our spacious, light-filled salon is one of the largest on the Gold Coast, and as we grow, we're looking for a passionate, organised Salon Manager to lead our team and shape the next chapter of our success.

THE ROLE:

This is a dual role — you'll manage day-to-day salon operations while still working hands-on with clients. You'll support, mentor, and motivate a team of talented stylists, manage bookings, stock, and rosters, and help elevate client experience to the next level.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has 4 years of salon experience (management not essential, but preferred)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Can take initiative, solve problems, and stay organised
• Is confident with colour, cutting, and client experience
• Loves mentoring others and building team morale
• Is reliable, upbeat, and passionate about growing with the salon
