Senior Tailings Specialist

Duties/responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a go to market strategy for development of business in Queensland and across Australia.
- Preparation of pursuit plans and proposals
- Provide subject matter expertise in tailings operations to Agilitus clients which will include investigation of key issues and preparation of solutions documented as estimates, drawings, reports, TSF operating manuals, asset audit reports and material testing reports.
- Deliver solutions that meet state and federal legislative requirements (including safety and dam safety), ANCOLD and GISTM requirements.
- Be the face to market for tailings services in QLD at client functions and industry conferences
- Manage project delivery including project planning, programmes, schedules and deliverables, project cost and forecast reporting and scope / cost management.
- Co-ordinate all project and detail engineering resources, deliverables and approvals
- Co-ordinate across SME's, Engineering and Design personnel (Client and Delivery Teams)
- Maintain target project margins across all works
- Co-ordinate safety in design objectives across all works
- Implement engineering innovation to increase project margin
- Management and/or co-ordination of all project personnel
- Oversee/guide and support the Project Managers across other projects within the team
