About The Opportunity
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Electrical Fitter Mechanic to join our Electrical Construction team. The team delivers electrical design and construct services for commercial, industrial, government and housing projects.

You will

  • Interpret electrical specifications, drawings and manuals to deliver quality work
  • Apply problem-solving skills to ensure safe and efficient job outcomes
  • Maintain strong compliance with codes, standards and WHS requirements
  • Plan ahead to ensure equipment, materials and resources are ready to go
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and team members
  • Lead and mentor apprentices, sharing your knowledge and experience

About You

  • Unrestricted QLD Electrical Licence
  • Current manual drivers licence
  • Minimum 2-3 years trade experience in the commercial construction sector
  • 2–3 years' experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Strong attention to safety, quality and compliance
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Additional communications or mechanical tickets highly regarded
