Position Overview:

Senior Solutions Sales Specialist is instrumental in driving our company's growth and success across the dedicated industry vertical positioning Seers' products and services into enterprise commercial and government customers. The role is supported by subject matter experts from the Seers capability practices as necessary and during pre-sales discussions with clients. In return, this position fosters the development of a network of distinct connections between Seers and clients in the nominated organisations and orchestrates Seers' interactions with those clients to present a coherent and unified market presence.

Key Objectives of this position:

· Drive and own sales for a dedicated industry vertical.

· Account Management.

· New Sales and managing existing contracts within the dedicated industry.

· Network and Relationship Management to drive the Seers brand and industry participation.

· Achieve KPI's on business growth, customer success and brand recognition.

· Brand ambassador for Seers Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a sales strategy for your dedicated industry vertical.

· Manage a two-speed pipeline with an estimate 3 x multiplier on pipeline verses closed sales.

· Develop, review and provide advice on commercial constructs.

· Contract Management, including providing advice on contract terms.

· Develop trusted and long-term client relationships (within your dedicated industry).

· Leverage existing client relationship network as well as developing new relationships within assigned industry.

· Develop sales pipeline and close sales opportunities.

· Accountable for responding to (i.e. tenders, quotes, customer requests) and delegating / support with pre-sales / practice leaders for putting together a bid.

· Market engagement through attending networking events and driving the Seers marketing strategy in person and online.

· Proactively manage your pipeline reporting on Salesforce.

· Partnership management and partner relationship building.

· Identifying new partnership opportunities that align with Seers strategic objectives

· Actively participate as a Seers employee with internal meetings and team events.

· Ability to understand sales cycle of enterprise commercial and government customers to obtain required MSA, Panel Arrangements for transacting business to open new customer logos.

· Demonstrated ability to run presentations / demonstrations of Seers capability / solutions.

· Understanding of practice led technologies, e.g. Microsoft, Bespoke .net builds and case management and ability to position into customers, and complete all necessary sales training with Seers' technology partners to stay current with product roadmap and key go to market messages and tactics.

· Ability to coordinate with practice / technology leaders in Seers for support in the development of business opportunities.

Position Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years' experience in Solution/Digital sales.

· Strong commercial and contractual acumen.

· Experience negotiating multi-million dollar deals.

· Proven experience as a business development representative in a similar ICT services company.

· Existing network of C-Suite executives to leverage to help build the Seers business.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies, plans, and procedures.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-Suite executives and decision makers.

· Proven track record of achieving significant business growth and success within the Solution/Digital ICT landscape.

• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills, and mastering of essential abilities such as active listening, emotional intelligence, and adaptability to achieve successful outcomes in a wide variety situations.
