Led by our inspirational National Manager and enabled by a stellar coordination system that ensures your customer service is impeccable, this role is based in Darwin and has the flexibility to work from home and the Darwin office in a hybrid model.

Some of what you will be doing:

  • Displaying a flare for customer service to support our clients during the stressful process of relocating
  • Liaise with suppliers and develop relationships to ensure the best client experience
  • Acknowledge requests, respond to issues and handle escalations with a solution focused mindset
  • Accurately and methodically entering client details in accordance with our state-of-the-art IT platform

About you:

Ideally you will have previous experience with client coordination within the relocation or travel industry. This role will come with a full induction and 2-week training program to get the individual up to speed.
