Royal Beenleigh is on the lookout for an experienced Gaming Attendant who knows their way around an EGM, delivers top-notch customer service, and brings great energy to every shift. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
What do we need from you
About you:
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
