About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Riggers with at least 12 months' mining or construction experience who want to grow their career. This role is offered on a full-time FIFO basis from Perth to the Goldfields, however interstate applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis determined by relevant experience.

Upskilling through the business is available for set candidates and can be discussed as part of technical interviews.

These positions are offered on a full-time ongoing basis, with varying rosters available as below:

  • 2:1 (Perth-based applicants only).
  • 19:9
  • 26:9
  • 4:2

Essential minimum criteria:

  • High Risk Work Licences - RB or above.
  • Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence - C-Class or above.
  • White Card.
  • Ability to pass VOC for Rigging prior to mobilising to site.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance if you don't already have one within 12 months old.
  • The requirement to be clean shaven on some sites is required - however not a daily requirement.

Desirable criteria:

  • Desire to upskill, take on training opportunities within the business, and grow skillset.
  • Working at heights - valid within 2yrs old.
  • Confined space - valid within 2yrs old.
  • HR/HC/MC Licencing (Highly Desirable).
  • C6/C1/CO Licence (Highly Desirable).
  • RI/RA/WP Licence (Highly Desirable).
  • Previous Liebherr/Demag/Tadano all-terrain experience (Highly Desirable).

  • Cooperative, communicative, open-minded, and flexible - with respect other cultures.
  • Physically fit and capable of completing all duties required for the role.
  • Professional with a strong emphasis on HSE and Quality requirements.
  • Capable of working at remote sites in adverse weather conditions.
  • Must be Australian Citizen or valid right to work in Australia.
  • Able to successfully complete pre-employment medical including D&A testing.
