ACS is looking for reliable and experienced Mechanical Engineers who are willing to apply their skills and knowledge with our current experienced team across multiple sites in the Sydney

Duties:

  • Demonstrate safe working practices and a commitment to a safe working environment
  • Complete the mechanical assembly of valve and control products on time, in full and to correct quality
  • Plan personnel utilisation for valve products
  • Develops and improve assembly procedures for valve products
  • Liaise with design engineers to improve product design and assembly methodologies.
  • Connect and conduct calibration and testing of our products
  • Completion of documentation in accordance to ISO 9001 policy and procedures
  • ACS equipment is packed in accordance with customer and quality expectations/standards
  • Follow workplace policies and procedures.
  • Perform calibration of electro-pneumatic positioner and other control equipment.
  • Setting of proximity sensors, limit switches and electrical control accessories
  • Conducting performance tests for different types of valves

Skills and experience we require:

  • At least 2 years work experience in the same or similar role
  • Sound Knowledge of Australian Standards
  • Compliance with project risk, safety, and compliance
  • Current White Card
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Industrial engineering: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Australian driver's licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)
