Job Description
As the technical authority for CRM, you'll lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Integration Services. This role blends strategic impact with hands-on leadership, driving innovation across banking channels while mentoring engineering teams and uplifting CRM capability. In this role, you will
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Integration Services.
- Embed AI-driven capabilities like Dynamics 365 Copilot to automate tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance customer engagement.
- Define platform-wide design standards, including entity modelling, integration patterns, and extensibility frameworks.
- Oversee CRM engineering and DevOps practices, ensuring secure, high-performing solutions with automated, traceable releases.
- Drive platform innovation and continuous improvement across CRM, Power Platform, and integration capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating strategic goals into practical CRM features and business outcomes.
- Mentor engineering teams, promote best practices, and lead capability uplift through training and knowledge sharing.
- Represent CRM engineering in governance forums, shaping strategic direction and aligning with enterprise architecture.

- 8 years experience across infrastructure, enterprise applications, banking systems, and architecture-led delivery.
- Aligns technology strategy with business goals, consistently delivering impactful outcomes across retail and business banking.
- Holds deep domain knowledge of financial services, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and customer-centric operations.
- Recognised for technical leadership in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure integration services.
- Combines strong coding skills in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript with a practical approach to building secure, scalable CRM solutions.
- Engages effectively with stakeholders, mentors teams, and drives capability uplift through knowledge sharing and architectural guidance.
