The Business Analyst will evaluate business processes, gather requirements, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and support strategic goals. This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems and enhancing operational performance across Australia.

Key Responsibilities


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements


• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation


• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and workflow documentation


• Support the design and implementation of system enhancements and process changes


• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities


• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively


• Coordinate between business units, technical teams, and management to ensure alignment


• Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of new processes or tools


• Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend further optimization

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field


• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail


• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau


• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


• Familiarity with Australian business operations and compliance practices is an advantage
