About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing mortgage broking business. This part-time role (2.5 to 3 days per week initially) offers the opportunity to grow with the business as volumes increase.

You will work alongside an experienced broker and a long-term personal assistant, helping with administrative and documentation tasks to ensure smooth client outcomes. Lending experience is not required, full on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing client game plans and documents in ApplyOnline

  • Printing contracts and assisting with First Home Buyer grants and schemes

  • Collecting and saving client documents accurately and efficiently

  • Supporting general admin tasks to keep processes moving smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1.5 years of general admin or office experience

  • Start date: Mid-July (or flexible for the right candidate)

  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills

  • Friendly, approachable, and motivated to learn

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently

  • Comfortable with different accents and working with offshore team members
