Synergie Australia is seeking experienced Traffic Controllers with Labouring experience for a well-established client in the Gold Coast region.

The important parts:

  • Rotating roster including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and on-call work
  • $40 – $48 per hour + super, including all penalties and allowances under construction industry standards
  • Stable and consistent shifts with an immediate start available

What you will be required to do:

  • This is a hands-on role combining traffic management and labouring duties to support daily site operations.
  • Manage traffic flow using a stop/slow bat
  • Assist with general labouring and site maintenance
  • Set up and pack down traffic control signage and equipment
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations
  • Always adhere to site safety standards and procedures

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Hold a valid Traffic Control ticket (Stop/Slow)
  • Hold a current MR driver's licence
  • Hold a Construction White Card
  • Have previous experience in traffic management and labouring
  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Have reliable transport and live within 30 minutes of the depot
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety, teamwork, and punctuality
