Room Attendant

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

This is a casual position.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising bathrooms.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, tea/coffee facilities, towels, and linens.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lifts and lobby.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and assist where possible.
• Work efficiently within timeframes to meet daily room cleaning targets.
• Support other team members and departments when required to maintain smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Have availability to work a 7-day rotating roster

Pay: $25.00 – $31.19 per hour
