We are looking for an intermediate / analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency who is eager to join our team.
You will use your skills and experience to:
- Work as a key part of the team on various corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring appointments
- Monitor and meet statutory deadlines
- Selling businesses and assets
- Liaise with financiers, lawyers, agents and auctioneers
- Gain knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating
- Work with a diverse team of individuals based in Australia and overseas
- Liaising with creditors and all stakeholders involved in various administrations
- Assist senior team members with complex matters
- Support senior team members with complex investigations, including source and application of funds, forensic tracing exercises, voidable transactions and insolvent trading reviews
What you need
- Background in restructuring and insolvency
- CA/CPA in progress or planning to commence
- Ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Experience in meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent personal, analytical and communication skills and high attention to detail
