Role Description

This part-time hybrid internship (Melbourne, VIC) offers work-from-home flexibility and the chance to grow Twoeyeswear's TikTok presence. As our Social Media Content Creator Intern, you'll create and edit short-form videos, stay on top of trends, and collaborate with the founder and creative team to plan content and shape the brand's personality. Ideal for someone who loves storytelling and wants hands-on experience building a brand online.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Brainstorming, filming, and editing TikTok content that showcases Twoeyeswear's products and personality.
  • Staying up to date with TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to keep content engaging.
  • Collaborating with the founder and creative team to plan content calendars and campaigns.
  • Writing engaging captions, selecting music, and posting videos to maintain a consistent presence.
  • Experimenting with new ideas and formats to boost reach and engagement.
  • Tracking video performance and audience feedback to refine content strategy.
  • Supporting occasional PR and collaboration content when needed.

Qualifications

  • Passion for TikTok, social media, and short-form video storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging visual content.
  • Basic filming and editing skills (experience with CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to share ideas.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and meeting deadlines.
  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or simply eager to learn).
  • Enthusiastic about building a brand's personality online and experimenting with new ways to connect with an audience.
