What You'll Be Doing

Like the conductor of an orchestra, you will:

• Manage key clients and be their hero.
• Engage with clients that require a bit more and establish long-term client relationships build on trust and excellence.
• Collaborate with our specialist teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meeting - agendas, budgets, minutes and all other activities for the clients in your care.
• Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience.

What You'll Bring

• A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle to travel to meetings (ATO rate reimbursement)
• Solid knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to keep learning
