About the Role

You will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry, ensuring all components meet high-quality standards and are produced according to detailed CAD drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and work from detailed CAD drawings and plans.
• Manufacture, assemble, and finish joinery to a high standard.
• Operate woodworking machinery.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, project managers, and installers.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of cabinet making experience in residential or commercial joinery.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong understanding of joinery construction, assembly, and finishing techniques.
• CNC and edge bander experience essential.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed CAD drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Well-organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Experience with Mozaik software highly regarded.
