Perth's Outback Splash is looking for an energetic, passionate, safety driven Pool Lifeguards to join our Team.

As a member of the Outback Splash Team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced Team environment providing exceptional service to our Guest whilst ensuring the safe and efficient operations of our pools and water attractions.

About the role:

Lifeguards are responsible for:

• Supervision of the Outback Splash water-based attractions ensuring a safe and fun environment for Guests whilst enforcing the required safety rules and delivering riding instructions.
• Responding to any incidents in a prompt, calm and professional manner, acting immediately and appropriately to secure safety of Guests in the event of emergency
• Provides emergency care and treatment, in cooperation with the elected First Aid officer, as required until the arrival of emergency medical services
• Providing outstanding Guest service, assisting Guests with enquiries and resolution of concerns

Lifeguards are:

• Outgoing and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude towards learning and delivering the highest standard of service
• Guest and safety focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high-performance standards
• Have excellent personal presentation and grooming

Essential Criteria:

• Be available for essential training dates, weekends, and public holidays
• Hold a valid Australian Pool Lifeguard Certificate valid until April 27th 2026
• Must be able to work outside and on your feet in summer conditions
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age as of the 21st September 2025
• Have reliable transport to and from Outback Splash

Job Types: Casual, Seasonal

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

• Lifeguard: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:
