Northern Rivers Podiatry Byron Bay is located in what we feel is one of Australia's most beautiful and desirable locations, in the CBD of Byron Bay, NSW.

We have a lovely fit out and boast a top tier facility with a lovely patient base and great local community.

We are screening for suitable candidates for either a part time or full time Podiatrist to join our team in 2026.

Director and Podiatrist Nathan Montgomery is taking on more Biomechanics and Sports Podiatry patients in 2026 with the intent of taking on further post graduate education and is in need of a PT or FT Podiatrist to take over and help service general podiatric patients and services.

The right Podiatrist will need experience in managing general patients within a 30 minute appointment schedule and 60 minutes for nail surgeries.

We are not a HIGH RISK service and do not treat wounds.

ABOUT YOU

• We are seeking a friendly, autonomous, committed and reliable podiatrist
• Preferably with private practice experience but are open to all applications
• If you are experienced Podiatrist, or currently working in the region and are looking for a new role, or a recent graduate we are open to accept applications from all candidates
• If you've been working in the local area already and are in a role where you aren't stimulated or feel there is another level of podiatric depth and knowledge you could be utilising and applying, this is the job for you and we will support you to our upmost

• Work independently treating:

• General Foot Care

• Diabetes assessment using doppler, C128 and monofilament
• Ingrown Toenails and Minor Toenail Surgery
• Wart and skin treatments
• Footwear Advice
• Medicare, NDIS, CTP, WC, DVA
• No home visits
• Quality work and healthcare, not just hitting KPI's
• Mentoring, CPD and career support

• AHPRA registration
• Medicare Provider number
• Insurance
• CPR and First Aid
• Relevant Vaccinations as set out by the Podiatry Board of Australia
