We are seeking to appoint a capable and proactive Forklift Driver - not just someone who can drive, but someone who takes pride in their work, exhibits initiative and adds real value to their team. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

This is more than just a driving role - you will be an important part of our warehouse and production flow.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Moving stock and materials between production and warehouse areas
  • Preparing and picking orders for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Use of Electric Pallet Jacks
  • Report damaged or short stock
  • Maintain inventory accuracy at all times
  • Conduct pre-start checks on forklifts and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and hazard free work area at all times
  • Support team targets and daily goals by exhibiting a hands-on and reliable attitude
  • Ensure adherence to General Manufacturing and HSE Practices at all times

Requirements of successful candidate

  • Current valid Australian Forklift Licence
  • Established forklift driving experience in a warehouse and or production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a tidy approach to work
  • Proactive attitude - address issues before they become problematic
  • Effective communicator and Team Member
  • Rostered shifts (Day and Afternoon shifts)
  • Submit to a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screen if required
  • Submit recent employment references upon request
