Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Essendon store

About the Role:

This is a full time opportunity (38 Hours per week). Sunday to Wednesday: 9:45am - 6:15pm | Thursday: 11:45am - 6:15pm.

Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by:

  • Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
  • Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
  • Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
  • Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
  • Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
