We're looking for experienced Medics (Nurse or Paramedic qualified) to join the Lamb Creek Greenfields Construction Project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new project phase, providing high-level medical and emergency response support on-site.

Working from an on-site medical clinic, you'll play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of the workforce. You'll be the first response to any on-site medical incidents, support injury management, and maintain strong safety and emergency response standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality primary health care, emergency medical response, and injury management for site personnel.
  • Conduct triage, assessment, and treatment for work-related and non-work-related presentations.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and assist with health surveillance programs.
  • Deliver drug and alcohol testing, health checks, and fitness-for-work assessments.
  • Participate in and support emergency response drills and incident management activities.
  • Collaborate with HSE and site leadership teams to promote a proactive health and safety culture.
  • Conduct clinical checks on emergency equipment, first aid stations, and medical supplies.
  • Provide education and health promotion to site personnel on relevant topics.
  • Assist with mine rescue readiness and emergency coordination, as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse or Paramedic)
  • Cert III in Mines Rescue (mandatory)
  • Recent site-based experience in mining, construction, or oil & gas
  • Strong emergency response capability and sound clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, proactive approach
  • Current C-Class Driver's Licence and valid First Aid/CPR certification
