Jade Dental Laboratory located in Buderim on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, is a forward-thinking dental lab specialising in high-end aesthetic crown and bridge restorations, dentures, and implant-retained prosthetics. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and qualified Dental Ceramist to join our team full-time. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person looking to grow with a progressive and supportive business.

We are seeking a team member with:

Proven skills in all facets of crown and bridge work, particularly anterior aesthetics

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

A good understanding of implant systems and experience in full arch restorations (tooth- and implant-supported)

The ability to analyse and replicate colour from digital photographs with high accuracy

Professional and confident client communication skills

A strong work ethic, with excellent organisational and time management skills

The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment

Experience with digital workflows and CAD/CAM technologies will be highly regarded.

• Fabrication of crown and bridge restorations, with a focus on aesthetic anterior cases
• Collaboration on full arch and implant-retained prosthetics
• Assisting in other aspects of dental appliance fabrication as required
• Supporting communication and case planning with clinicians when necessary

• Work in a modern, coastal location on the beautiful Sunshine Coast
