About the role:

Empower is seeking a detail-focused and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Manly on a permanent part-time basis. This role offers flexibility, variety and the opportunity to be an integral part of our operations and financial support team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Financial Administration

• End-of-month (EOM) financial processing
• Debtor management
• Data analytics and reporting (training provided if proficient in Excel)
• Use of ERP systems (experience desirable)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail essential

General Administration

• Tender and project setup
• Compilation and formatting of tender submissions
• Day-to-day administrative support across the team

Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) Support

• Assist with project audits
• Provide administrative support to our Systems Lead
• Help maintain and update QSE systems and documentation

Document Control & Records Management

• Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing project records
• Maintain organised document storage, transmittals and registers
• Support document control processes on larger projects
• A background in document control or similar would be highly regarded
• Assist in developing and maintaining consistent document control procedures (in collaboration with external support if required)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong organisational skills
• Previous experience in office administration, finance support or document control
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Confident with Microsoft Excel; data analysis skills are a bonus
• ERP system experience desirable but not essential
• Proactive, disciplined and able to work independently and within a small team
