We are looking for an accredited exercise physiologist to run our performance testing, create personalised plans, and help grow the business.

This role is for someone who wants more than just a standard clinical job, or someone particularly passionate in athletic performance. Ideal role for a new graduate or individuals looking to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new business, with business ownership part of potential compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing Suite Operation: Run all necessary functional and physiological tests for clients (e.g., VO2​ max, lactate threshold). You must be proficient in gathering and interpreting this data.
  • Client Programming: Develop and deliver highly specific, evidence-based exercise plans focused on maximising client athletic performance and longevity.
  • Clinical Leadership: Maintain high clinical standards and help refine our testing and programming protocols.
  • Business Partnership: Active involvement in future business strategy and operations.

Current AEP (ESSA) registration is required along with individual insurance
