In This Role, You'll:

  • Assist senior clinical managers by overseeing day to day care plans for your delegated clients.
  • Provide in-home nursing care, assessments, and ongoing support to clients & their families.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Attend to wound care, palliative care, and other specialized nursing services.
  • Educate caregivers, clients and their families on health management.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What You Bring:

  • Your current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN).
  • A genuine love of home care and a passion for Making Lives Better
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • A warm, professional, and proactive communication style
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
