Corestaff are seeking Utility Workers & Chefs for work Various Sites (FIFO/Remote) sites in regional South Australia

We are seeking: 3 x Utility | 2 x Chef for a  2:1 FIFO roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off)

UTILITY WORKERS – 3 Positions Available Key duties include:

• Cleaning of kitchens, accommodation rooms, bathrooms & communal areas
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Basic food preparation and dishwashing
• Waste removal and stock replenishment
• Adhering to strict hygiene and safety procedures

Successful Utility Workers will have:

• Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or remote site work
• Physical fitness and a safety-first mindset
• Flexibility to work across day/night/weekend shifts
• A proactive and team-focused attitude

CHEFS – 2 Positions Available Key duties include:

• Preparing and cooking bulk meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Assisting with kitchen operations and cleanliness
• Supporting the team and mentoring junior staff where required

Successful Chef will need to have:

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Experience in high-volume or remote site catering
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent teamwork and time management skills
