About the role
We are looking for a skilled Casual and Part-time Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at our No 10 Restaurant + Bar.
The right candidates will be able to demonstrate an innate ability work within a team and have a warm, fun personality. A great attitude will be more important than years of experience
As a Breakfast Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring each plate meets quality specifications and is served promptly. You'll maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organised kitchen, manage prep and mise en place to ensure smooth morning service, and collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals.

Skills Required
- Dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional personality
- A formal Commercial Cookery Certification
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef, with demonstrated performance in a hotel or high-end restaurant environment
- Strong skill base and experience in a la carte food production
- 'Hands On' style, who understands and can deliver on the expectations of a modern and contemporary guest experience
- Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests
- Possess great attention to detail
- Demonstrated performance leading a successful team
- Excellent time management skills
- Superior communication skills
- A working knowledge and understanding of Food Safety procedures, including the training of colleagues in procedures
- High standard of personal presentation
- The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- You must meet the legal requirements to work in this country.
