The existing accommodation and facilities have undergone significant enhancements, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the guests. Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
  • Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance; ensure items are announced.
  • Maintain currency of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles. Notify your manager/supervisor if you require assistance.

Qualifications

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Customer service experience or experience in a similar environment.
  • An awareness of food safety practices preferred.
