About The Role

As a key member of the site services team, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance activities to ensure the comfort and safety of village accommodations. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Performing inspections, repairs, and classification of HVAC systems and refrigeration units (residential & commercial)

  • Conducting planned and preventative maintenance

  • Responding to breakdowns and fault finding

  • Working autonomously or alongside other trades

  • Maintaining response and rectification time targets

  • Additional allowances: such as on-call, call-outs, and leading hand rates may apply.

Requirements

To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and the following:

  • Unrestricted ARCTICK Licence

  • WA Restricted Electrical Licence (or actively working towards it)

  • C Class Driver's Licence & Construction White Card

  • Current CPR & LVR Certification

  • National Police Check (within last 12 months)

  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening

  • Team player who can also work independently
