About the role

A full-time Client Advisor role is available at Prada's retail store in Pacific Fair, Broadbeach Waters, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand and deliver exceptional customer service to our discerning clientele.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a world-class customer experience by delivering seamless, personalised service
  • Demonstrating a deep knowledge of Prada's product range and fashion trends
  • Assisting customers with product selection, styling and purchases
  • Maintaining excellent standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Contributing to the achievement of store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensuring store policies, procedures and legal requirements are consistently upheld

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong fashion and product knowledge, with the ability to provide knowledgeable style advice
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining high visual merchandising standards
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for the Prada brand and a desire to contribute to its continued success
