Briz Apparel Group is a Brisbane-based uniform and sportswear supplier known for its high-quality school leavers polo, jackets, and branded apparel for corporate and community clients. We're looking for a reliable Casual Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant to join our Browns Plains team.

About the Role

You'll work in a clean, organized warehouse environment, preparing apparel orders for dispatch to schools, clubs, and business clients.

Main daily tasks include:

  • Receiving couriers and unpacking cartons from overseas suppliers
  • Repacking cartons for individual school and business orders (typically 5–25 kg per box — no heavy lifting)
  • Sorting and labeling sizing shirts, samples, and stock
  • Washing sizing shirts in the washing machine as required
  • Delivering parcels to the nearby post office (own vehicle required; allowance provided)
  • Answering phone calls and assisting with general warehouse coordination
  • Supporting other warehouse-related tasks as needed

This is a practical, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who takes pride in neat, accurate work and enjoys being part of a small, friendly team.

Work Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5 pm
  • No weekend or night work
  • Immediate start available

Pay & Conditions

  • Casual position with 25 % casual loading
  • Starting rate $33 – $36 per hour, depending on experience
  • 3-month review period — potential pay increase and pathway to full-time employment for the right person
  • Vehicle allowance for post office runs
  • Superannuation paid at 12 %
  • On-site parking provided

About You

  • At least 1–2 years' experience in warehousing, dispatch, or general admin roles
  • Well-organized and comfortable handling clothing and packaging tasks
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional communicator
  • Holds a valid driver's license and has access to own car
