We are a neighbour friendly café situated in bustling Fitzroy. Addict food and coffee is all about good coffee, good food and friendly staff. We are looking for a Barista who is hard working, clean and organised. Most importantly, be passionate about making good coffee

Tasks & responsibilities

• Opening duties, dialling in, setting grinds, prepping the section, taste testing and adjustment

• Managing the section solo on quiet days, working in a team on weekends

• Maintaining consistency on shots, with timing, and simple yet sharp latte art

• Providing excellent customer service

• Operating the register and POS

• Performing close duties

• Supporting manager training of other staff

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role, in a high paced, quality focused establishment

• Good people skills

• Have work rights in Australia
