Based at our Gold Coast HQ, you'll lead a small, capable team responsible for the smooth flow of our collections across Australia and globally. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations while driving meaningful improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and team performance.

About The Role

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch.
  • Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with retail, e-commerce, and production teams.
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and high-performing environment.

About You
You're an experienced warehouse or logistics leader who thrives on structure, improvement, and leading by example. You know how to bring people together, create order in complexity, and drive better ways of working.
