Your Role
As the Contingent Workforce & Supplier Management Lead, you'll drive workforce optimisation across Australia and New Zealand. This is more than a role, it's an opportunity to help shape the future of talent management and make your mark in a dynamic and hybrid working environment.
You'll identify opportunities for process optimisation, simplification, and automation across our technology (Fieldglass) and processes, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions in contingent talent management.
Your expertise in the management and visualisation of contingent workforce data will be key to engaging stakeholders strategically. By transforming complex data into meaningful insights, you'll help IAG identify workforce trends, respond to changing market conditions, and secure the critical skills needed for business growth. Working closely with trusted suppliers, you'll foster strong partnerships while ensuring compliance and the achievement of performance targets.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
About You
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with expertise in contingent workforce management.
- Experienced in using applicant tracking systems and leveraging technology to improve outcomes.
- Passion for working with data and uncovering opportunities that create enterprise value.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Curious and open to developing innovative solutions that enhance systems and processes.
- Driven, resilient and an enthusiastic team player, focused on outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen
