What You'll Do

  • Support and lead the execution of
    M&A transactions
    , equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory mandates.
  • Work across asset classes including
    energy transition, renewables, utilities, transport, and digital infrastructure
    .
  • Build and review
    complex financial models
    , conduct valuation analysis, and assess projects under various operating scenarios.
  • Prepare and deliver
    client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
    .
  • Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to originate new opportunities and drive deal execution.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–6 years
    of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or infrastructure project finance.
  • Strong technical skills in
    financial modelling and valuation
    .
  • Exposure to infrastructure or energy sectors preferred, but not essential.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related discipline.
