We're looking for a curious, organised self-starter to join us as a Graduate Operations Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to be right in the middle of a fast-moving startup. You'll do a bit of everything from keeping our documentation and processes running smoothly, to coordinating projects, managing logistics, and travelling to the field to see our exploration work in action. This role includes regular travel to remote sites across Australia, so you'll need a driver's licence and the confidence to drive in regional and outback areas. No mining or operations experience is required, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

About the RoleYou'll be part of the operations team, helping to keep the engine room of the company running both in the office and in the field. It's a full-time role based in our Sydney office (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) with frequent travel to unique and often remote locations across Australia to support logistics, coordination, and on-the-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep project and operational documentation up to date and organised
  • Prepare, complete, and file forms, reports, and project records
  • Track and report on logistics, equipment movement, and stock levels
  • Assist with procurement and supplier coordination
  • Coordinate internal communications, meeting notes, and scheduling
  • Support onboarding for new starters and site preparation for field teams
  • Help prepare materials for audits, funding applications, and internal reviews
  • Assist with implementing new systems, software, and process improvements
  • Jump in to support ad-hoc tasks and special projects across the business

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate from any discipline (science, business, arts, engineering – we're open)
  • Motivated to learn, contribute, and explore different areas of the business
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and good at following things through
  • Comfortable figuring things out when there's no clear playbook
  • Up for travel and adventure – sometimes at short notice
  • Have a valid driver's licence and confidence to drive to remote locations
  • Curious about tech, sustainability, and how things actually work
  • A team player who's not afraid to ask questions or get stuck in
