Cleaner – RAAF Base Townsville

Protech is currently seeking an experienced Cleaner for a local project based at the RAAF Base in Townsville. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work with the potential for increased hours.

About the Role

  • Immediate start available (Proposed commencement by 31/10/ /11/2025)
  • Shift times: 6:30am – 12:30pm / 1:00pm
  • Schedule: 3 days per week (with potential to increase) (Able to make hybrid for right Candidate)
  • Competitive weekly pay
  • Work location: RAAF Base, Townsville

Key Responsibilities

  • General site cleaning including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces
  • Cleaning and restocking crib rooms (tea, coffee, sugar, etc.)
  • Operating site vehicle to move between cleaning locations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Valid Construction White Card
  • Manual Driver's Licence and reliable transport
  • Experience working on bases or mine sites (highly desirable)
  • Ability to pass a Police Check and obtain a DCAC (lodged upon successful interview)
  • Must be able to pass drug screening
