The Role:

We are currently looking for a qualified Hairdresser & Beauty Therapist to join our passionate and growing team. This is an exciting dual role for someone who enjoys both hair styling and beauty therapy, and thrives in a client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Hairdressing:

  • Hair cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-drying for all genders
  • Hair treatments and product recommendations
  • Keeping up with latest styles, tools, and techniques

Beauty Therapy:

  • Waxing, facials, threading, lash lifts, tinting, mani-pedis
  • Massage and skincare services
  • Providing expert product and treatment advice
  • Maintaining salon cleanliness and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing and/or Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years' experience preferred (but enthusiastic learners also welcome)
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and professional presentation
  • Valid ABN (for contract or chair rental applicants)
